Cancellation Policy

If the customer informs the enterprise for cancel reservation 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit is returned.

If the customer cancels the reservation after 21 days before arrival, the deposit is not refundable.

In case of cancellation during stay, customer should compensate the enterprise with 50% of the value of the rest of the agreed period.

• To confirm reservation a 30% advance payment of the total amount is required. The balance amount is paid after the visitor's arrival.
• 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• The new Overnight Tax is paid by the guest upon arrival (€0.50/night/apartment)

By deposit to a Βank Αccount or by Western Union.
